We’re looking for a Print Shop Assistant to join the
Flippin Sweet crew in Bridlington.

We’re a busy independent screen printing and merch production
company looking for another pair of hands to join our production
team and help us turn piles of blank T-shirts into finished merch.

No screen printing experience necessary.
We’re much more interested in finding someone reliable, practical,
switched on and happy to get stuck in.

You’ll Fit Right In If…

  • You’re reliable and turn up when you say you will
  • You care about doing a job properly

You Don’t Need…

  • Previous screen printing experience
  • A degree or fancy qualifications
  • Years of production experience
  • A beautifully polished corporate CV

We’ll teach you the technical stuff.
Attitude, reliability and willingness to learn matter much
more to us.

WHAT WILL I ACTUALLY BE DOING?

A bit of everything. That’s kind of the point.
You’ll work alongside our production team across the whole
process, helping keep jobs moving through the shop.

  • Catching and stacking shirts during print runs
  • Checking garments and print quality
  • Helping set up jobs on our automatic press
  • Mixing inks and preparing jobs for production
  • Stripping down and cleaning the press
  • Organising incoming garments and stock
  • Heat pressing neck labels and DTF transfers
  • Folding and polybagging finished orders
  • Keeping the production area organised
  • Generally getting stuck in wherever you’re needed
